- 01A criterion is met if a public page of the vendor documents it. We store the link for every dot.
- 02Not found, only announced, or only in another company's add-on: not met.
- 03Without evidence the cell says ‘not documented’, not ‘no’: not found on the vendor's public pages as of the check date. The vendor may still offer the feature.
- 04Partial: the feature is publicly documented, but only on request or with an explicit limitation; counts as half.
- 05Beenest publishes this comparison and is checked by the same rules.
- 06Value per area: criteria met divided by all criteria of the area, times 100, rounded. No weighting.
- 07Every criterion has a basis outside this comparison: a legal requirement, or at least one other vendor that documents it.
- 08Finder ‘One area or everything’: an area counts from a value of 50. ‘Everything in one system’: at least half of the criteria documented in at least half of the areas (8 of 15).
